RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at our store. Since our products are highly customized, personalized, and uniquely handcrafted for each individual customer (such as custom 3D laser-carved layouts and photo printing), we handle returns and refunds under the following strict guidelines:
1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (NON-RETURNABLE)
Due to the personalized nature of our custom laser-carved journals, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect photos uploaded by the customer, or typos entered during the ordering process. Please review your personalization details, design choices, and text carefully before confirming your order.
2. DAMAGES AND QUALITY ISSUES
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error (e.g., wrong photo printed by our team, incorrect item shipped), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Upon verification, we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund request is approved, it will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, your custom order will immediately enter our design and production queue, and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
