SHIPPING POLICY

Because every single journal is made-to-order, meticulously printed, laser-carved, and hand-bound, our delivery timeline consists of two main parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. PRODUCTION & HANDCRAFT TIME
* Standard Production: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to design, laser-carve, quality check, and securely package your custom journal.
* During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), production may take 5 to 7 business days.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES (UNITED STATES)
Once your order leaves our workshop, the estimated transit times are as follows:
* Standard Shipping: 7 – 12 business days (Free Shipping on all orders).
* Expedited Shipping: 4 – 7 business days (Calculated at checkout, if available).
Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by postal carriers and do not include unforeseen customs clearances or severe weather delays.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your custom journal is shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the item.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully "Delivered." If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the specific carrier directly to file a claim.
